About Us

Resource Services was established in 1994 as a one man shop operating out of a residence. Since then it has grown to 10 employees. In November 2005 Resource Services moved into a brand new 7,500 square foot facility with space for an office, shop and warehouse. Also in 2005 we put laptop computers in all of our service vehicles to eliminate hard copy paper work and maximize efficiency in our invoicing and payroll. Resource Services will continue to strive to find new ways to become more efficient and provide better service for our customers.

Our services include:

• HVAC-Preventative maintenance, installation and/or repairs to heating, ventilation and air conditioning systems. Custom fabrication and installations of Sheet Metal.
• Air Conditioning- Preventative maintenance, installation and/or repairs to large and small air conditioning units, compressors and condensers.
• Plumbing-Installation and/or repairs to water piping, sewer piping, venting, plumbing fixtures installations, appliance installation, backflow device installation and testing.
• Hydronic Systems-Installation and/or repairs to hydronic heating or cooling systems, chillers, boilers, steam piping, hot or chilled water piping, control devices and accessories for low and high pressure systems.
• Refrigeration-Installation and/or repairs to cold storage warehousing, walk-ins, reach-ins, ice machines and refrigerant retrofits.
• Sheet Metal-Custom fabrication of sheet metal whether large or small
• Fusion Piping-Perform butt fusion, electrofusion and socket fusion on medium density and high density polyethylene pipe and pipe fittings. This is the type of pipe used in many municipal water, sewer and gas applications.
